Our Story

We began our work in January 2022, driven by a shared observation between our co-founders: harm reduction services were urgently needed in underserved Valley communities. Our vision was to expand support to resource-limited neighborhoods in the West Valley, where people experiencing homelessness are often isolated from traditional shelters, harm reduction supplies, and supportive care.

With Phoenix Metro now the fifth-largest city in the United States, we knew our services had to be mobile—meeting people where they are. Since then, our outreach has grown to offer even more life-saving supplies, connections to case management and resources, and ongoing support. In 2024 alone, we reached over 4,000 people living outdoors across the Phoenix Metro area with harm reduction, heat relief, hygiene kits, and first aid.

We’ve also expanded our reach through neighborhood events in financially struggling communities, offering essential resources such as safe sex supplies like condoms and Plan B, overdose prevention tools like naloxone, and more. From the start, our goal has been to make these resources accessible to all communities.
